Left Coast Care
Therapy for people in Washington state

Meet Sun Sisovan
an associate clinical social worker who creates space for real emotions, growing self-understanding, and learning how to cope without judgment.
This is a space for honesty, growth, and starting fresh.
More About Me
I want therapy to feel like somewhere you don’t have to pretend everything’s fine.
We can talk about the messy stuff — big feelings, self-doubt, anxiety, or things you’ve been carrying for a long time. I’m not here to judge or rush you. I’m here to listen, support you, and help you find what works for you.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more in touch with who you are, and more confident in the ways you care for yourself and move through the world.

My Approach
My style is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel seen.
I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and I’m here to support your process — not tell you what to do.
We’ll explore how your experiences, relationships, and environment have shaped you, and work together to find coping tools that actually feel right for you. I also bring a systems perspective, which means I understand how things like culture, community, and identity affect mental health.
My Experience
I’ve worked with teens and adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions — especially in school and academic environments.
In my clinical training, I supported students through emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, and social and academic challenges. I also work with people facing relationship or family stress, and those who are ready to start healing from trauma in a safe, supportive space.
Whether you're in crisis or just feeling off, I’m here to help you explore what’s going on, connect with your strengths, and find more ease.
Life transitions
Change can be overwhelming — even when it’s something you chose.
Starting school, ending a relationship, moving, graduating, or figuring out who you are — these moments can shake up everything. Therapy can help you find your footing, process what’s shifting, and move forward with more clarity and self-trust.
My Specialties
Teens
Being a teenager can be a lot.
School, family, friendships, emotions that feel like too much — it’s hard to figure things out when you don’t feel understood. Therapy is a space to talk about what’s really going on, without judgment, pressure, or lectures.
Identity Exploration
You’re still figuring out who you are — and that’s okay.
Whether you're exploring your values, your culture, your gender, or something else entirely, therapy can give you space to reflect, ask big questions, and feel more connected to yourself along the way.

I work with women, non-binary folks, and those who are gender-queer
